IMPD is investigating a homicide that occured Friday morning near 38th and Arlington.
A person delivering newspapers discovered an unidentified black male possibly in his 40's shot to death in someone's yard near the 3800 Block of Campbell Avenue on the Northeast side.

Police have identified the victim as 48 year-old Steven Anthony McCloud of Indianapolis.
Neighbors say they heard shots in the area about an hour prior to the homicide.
Police do not have a motive or suspects at this time.
