BLOOMINGTON, IN —
Former IU basketball player and current radio announcer Todd Leary faces 17 felony charges in a real estate scheme.He was arrested by IU police Thursday night.
Leary once worked for title insurance broker Joseph Garretson, who just pleaded guilty to several charges including misappropriation of funds. He is accused of conspiring with Garretson in many of the schemes.
The majority of the charges are C felonies, carrying penalties of up to 4 years in prison each.
